Do we have to have and or prove that we’ve had vaccinations when we travel to Argentina?

Do we actually NEED these vaccinations? If so, which ones do you think are most important? We plan to travel in January/Feb. 2011. I’m concerned about the safety of vaccinations in general. Thanks!
