Nido asked:
I’m not a citizen of U.S.A nor any other country for that matter, cause I was born at a refugee camp in Thailand, before coming to the U.S.A as a permanent resident. I want to travel to Argentina and want to know how I can go about getting the visa. I’ve done research on it already and have called the consulate, but I can’t understand the lady on the phone (her english isn’t too good). I heard that I can get a re-entry permit then apply for the visa but I’m not totally sure. Does anyone have any idea on how I can go about doing this?
